Fhddos brings together every aspect of your account in one place — from choosing a subscription plan and monitoring real-time usage to issuing invoices and managing team permissions. Use this page to understand how billing and access control work so you can keep your organization running smoothly.

Subscriptions & Quotas

Fhddos offers subscription plans designed for different business scales. Choose the plan that fits your current volume, and upgrade or downgrade at any time through the Console.

Subscription Plans

Select a tier that matches your team size and request volume. Each plan includes a defined monthly quota and access to the full model catalog.

Real-Time Usage

View your quota consumption and remaining balance live in the Console dashboard. Set threshold alerts to get notified before you hit your limit.

Overage Policy

When your plan quota is exhausted, Fhddos applies one of two strategies depending on your account configuration:
Requests continue uninterrupted and usage beyond your plan quota is billed at the standard on-demand rate. Your invoice at the end of the period reflects both plan and overage charges.
Once your quota is consumed, additional requests receive a rate-limit error until the next billing cycle begins or you manually top up your balance. No surprise charges appear on your invoice.
Review your overage policy in Console → Billing → Subscription to ensure it matches your budget preferences before you go live in production.

Payments & Invoices

Supported Payment Channels

Fhddos supports the major enterprise payment methods. Contact your account representative to confirm which channels are available for your region and plan tier.

Invoice Management

1

Fill in Your Billing Information

Navigate to Console → Billing → Invoice Settings. Enter your organization name, tax identification number, registered address, and contact details. Fhddos uses this information to populate every invoice automatically.
2

Manage Your Billing Header

Add or update the billing header (抬头) to match your enterprise procurement requirements. You can store multiple headers and select the active one per invoice cycle.
3

Download Historical Invoices

Go to Console → Billing → Invoice History to view and download all past invoices as PDF files. Each invoice lists the billing period, plan charges, any overage, and applicable taxes.
Invoices are generated automatically at the close of each billing cycle. Allow up to 24 hours for the document to appear in the Invoice History list.

Teams & Roles

Fhddos uses role-based access control (RBAC) to let you grant each team member only the permissions they need. Three built-in roles cover the full permission spectrum.

Owner

Full administrative control over the organization, including billing, subscription changes, and team management. Only one Owner exists per account.

Admin

Can invite and remove Members, manage API keys, and view all usage data. Cannot change subscription or billing details.

Member

Can create and use API keys scoped to their own profile. Cannot access billing information or manage other users.

Inviting and Removing Members

1

Invite a Member

Go to Console → Team → Members and click Invite. Enter the recipient’s email address and select their role. Fhddos sends an invitation link valid for 48 hours.
2

Change a Member's Role

Select the member from the list and choose a new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately on their next request.
3

Remove a Member

Click the Remove action next to the member’s name. Their access is revoked instantly, and any API keys they created are disabled.

Minimum-Privilege Principle

Always assign the lowest role that allows a team member to do their job. Avoid granting Admin access to developers who only need to call models — the Member role is sufficient for day-to-day API usage.
Sensitive operations — such as transferring ownership, modifying billing details, or deleting the organization — require a second confirmation step (re-authentication or email verification). This protects your account against accidental or unauthorized changes.

For enterprise contracts, volume pricing, custom SLAs, or dedicated onboarding support, contact the Fhddos sales or support team directly. Enterprise agreements include additional billing and compliance options not available through the self-service Console.
